Sam wanted 6 weeks of training to get some routine and get some results to motivate and feel better mentally and physically.

What We Achieved

We did one session a week with training plans given to do at home, we structured her diet to help her maintain a calorie deficit to get maximum results in such little time.

We created some good consistency with training and diet to help achieve some awesome results in the time frame.
