Before our journey started

Simon came to be after being told because of his age, he couldn’t build muscle or change his body type and was a little deflated with trying on his own.

What We Achieved

Simon was already in to going to the gym which was good for consistency, we just had to find the right training method his body type adapted to most to get the best results possible.

Simon worked hard and did everything I asked of him and was determined to make a change mentally and physically, with just one session a week over a 6 month period we got some good progress and we are still working on more progress together.
