Before our journey started
Ryan had said in our consultation his diet was very poor but he did attend the gym 3 times a week.
Ryan wanted to cut as much body fat as possible in 12 weeks.
What we achieved
Ryan trained once a week with me and also went to the gym in his own time, following a program I had set him.
I put Ryan on a macro diet which hits specific amount of each macronutrient, fats, carbs and proteins per day.
In 1 of our sessions we would switch between muscle groups each week, and always finished with circuits at the end. In Ryan’s other sessions there was 3 times cardio sessions with boxing and circuits being the main focus.
With the mixture of weight training and cardio we was able to make some awesome results as shown.
