Before our journey started
Ben had come to me after trying to lose weight on his own and whilst also trying other PTs. Ben felt unhealthy and wanted to change his lifestyle.
What We Achieved
Ben had experience using weights and general weight training so we worked on different training methods to see which his body adapted to most. Ben was doing 1-2 sessions per week and really progressed all round.
After changing his diet and wasting calories through fluids we got some good consistency and routine which helped us progress.
