Before our journey started

Ashley was never in to going to the gym or general exercise. Ashley wanted to look and feel better about herself but couldn’t motivate herself to keep going towards her goals.

What We Achieved

After Ashley got in touch she decided to give personal training a go, she did not have any experience using weights.

We started with teaching different training methods and ways of mixing training up with cardio and weights.

The created routine through training and consistency and changes foods that Ashley was consuming, we started seeing some good changes in very little time and Ashley started to like the sessions even more and became to like training and bettering herself mentally and physically.

Ashley has even joined a gym and feels confident to go on her own.
