Before our journey started
Andrew came to me through another client I was working with and wanted help with motivation to lose weight. He had never been to a personal trainer before and was looking forward to getting started.
What We Achieved
With Andrew wanting to lose weight, we concentrated on looking at the types of circuit training then mixed up sessions with weight training to help tone muscle.
We tailored Andrew’s diet to be better with portion sizes and look at smarter choices in order to achieve a calorie deficit.
We have achieved great routine and stability through training and diet with some awesome results which we are still working on.
